Victuals is our supper club located inside the historic Esquire Hotel, offering Chef Tucker Bell’s take on Appalachian cuisine brought to life in a multi-course tasting menu. Our menus are driven by the offerings of our local farm partners and our own library of preserved foods and are presented through a thoughtful dining experience. Victuals is designed to feel personal and relaxed. Exceptional food, interesting drinks, warm hospitality, and a sense of place and home.
